Coach Requirements

Playing Experience
Minimum 2 years of competitive pickleball experience or equivalent skill level (3.5+ rating preferred).

Coaching Background
Previous coaching experience in pickleball or other racquet sports. Certification from PPR or IPTPA is a plus but not required.

Communication Skills
Excellent communication abilities to effectively teach players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced.

Availability
Commitment to at least 5 hours per week. Ability to maintain consistent availability for recurring clients.

Background Check
Must pass a standard background check and provide valid identification. Safety is our top priority.
